Our Team
Most of our team members are former executives from major consulting firms. They know what works across a broad range of change management challenges. Our people bring deep skills in learning and development, ERP implementation, corporate and external communication, culture change, organization design and process design.
The Emerson team consists of 75 talented people: 24 employees and 51 professionals that make up Emerson ReadyStaff, a contractor organization that is wholly owned by Tricia Emerson. Emerson ReadyStaff gives us flexibility to meet our clients' staffing needs. All the members of Emerson ReadyStaff are contractors who are either temporary employees or independent contractors with 1099 status. They go through the same rigorous screening and selection process as our full-time staff. Part of that process requires that applicants successfully design, produce, and present a formal deliverable in their area of specialization.
