With almost 15 years experience helping leaders navigate change, she’s proven to be an adept consultant with keen business acumen and a style clients love.
As Director of Emerson’s Change Leadership practice, Darby oversees a variety of projects that have one thing in common – her drive to deliver total customer satisfaction.
