We had busy Spring! In April, Trish Emerson, Mike Waller and Ian Johnston attended Prosci’s Best Practices in Change Management conference. Trish chaired an expert panel discussion titled The Impact of Organizational Culture and Values During Change Initiatives. Bob Kraska, our director of ERP Solutions, presented on change management for ERP at the Oracle user group conference in April. And at the Americas SAP User Group conference in May, Kim Lewis presented A True Measure of Change, on the real risks and opportunities of related to the “people” side of an enterprise-wide SAP implementation. Our practice in the Atlanta area is thriving. We recently welcomed Kenny Simon, Paul Tom and Elizabeth Russell to our East Coast team. Georgia’s capital city also hosted our Change the Way You Talk about Change workshop in May. Our next workshop will be a deep dive into ERP change, this fall in San Francisco. Speaking of which, the Golden Gate seems to be glowing with happiness as we welcome back L&D Director Jane Munagian from Atlanta. We have some exciting new client partnerships in the works.
